Elders Prayer
Join the elders, staff and others on the first Friday of every month (next meeting on Friday 2nd March) from 7.30am to 8.30 am in the Church Cafe to pray for Subi Church and its ministries.
Church Prayer
Join us each Sunday from 8.30am to 10am (or for as long as you can) in the Connect Lounge as we pray for the services, the ministry teams, our pastors and elders, our sick ones, our country and its leaders, missions and missionaries, and the world.
Prayer After Service
Prayer is available after each service. If you would like someone to stand with you and pray – for a personal need, dedication to God, to pray for someone you are concerned about, or to give praise and thanks – please come to the front after the service and take a seat – our speaker and prayer team members will join you. Prayer Points
- Thankyou for your prayers for Winston Oudejans. His father Michael has asked us to continue to pray for them. Winston had surgery last Friday afternoon and his wounds weren't serious enough for a skin graft, they instead used a spray on skin. Please continue to pray for his healing and that no serious problems occur due to the nature of burn wound healing.
- Travel mercies for Kevin Bourne-McRae as he is away from 13 Feb to 4 Mar.
- For God to open minds to His Grace in all ROPE (Inc.) undertakes in Mauritius, Uganda & Kenya. For God to open ALL doors He wants ROPE (Inc.) to do His Will.
- Pray for the 193 children at Rehema Orphanage in Kenya as they struggle with the food crisis in this region of Kenya.
- Pray for those considering short term medical missions or Subi’s return trip to Marurui church and school in Nairobi this July.
- From David & Jessica Liaw: Thank God for better rest at nights despite random barking from nearby dogs! Thank God for provision of a second car that has been promptly checked and repaired. Please pray for daily dependance on God as they face daily challenges (e.g. regular power cuts), continued good rest at nights, wisdom in parenting Hannah, and for language learning which can be challenging at times.
- Jamie and Claudia Boland and children are back in Perth safely. We look forward to hearing their response to their visit to Gideon Bible College in South Sudan.
- Many folks responded with interest to the presentation last weekend of the holiday camp work among children in Russia. Pray that those God wants to be involved in this will see the way opened for them in the months ahead.

Prophecy Bible Study
Invitation to Coffee Morning: Thurs, 1 March 2012 at 10am The year 2012 has the mark of destiny upon it’ (Apocalypse2012: Lawrence E. Joseph) Ancient Mayan prophecies and other religious and scientific predictions about the apocalyptic events that will take place in 2012 have been the subject of numerous books and movies. The global economic downturn, increasing social unrest, radicalised weather patterns and continuous violence and terrorism has made humanity confused and often scared. People are asking myriads of questions: ‘What really lies ahead? Who can tell us the meaning of what is happening?’ The BIBLE states: ‘Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets’ (Amos: 3:7) The Prophecy Bible Study focuses on God’s Prophetic Words as the foundation of the Christian faith and the revelation of God’s divine Plan and Purpose. Biblical Prophecy is an important part of Scripture as more than 25% of the bible was prophetic when it was written. More than just foretelling the future, Biblical Prophecy contains messages of warnings, promises, commands, hope and encouragement to all who hear them. They provide a guide to the meaning of history and give understanding to current events. We invite you to join us in this Study – to be challenged, changed and conformed to God’s will. Come for the Free Coffee Morning to assess the Study and to enjoy Great Fellowship. Date: 10am, Thursday 1 March, 2012 Venue: Subi Leadership Centre (Cnr Rowland St & Barker Rd) Topic: 2012: Views & Challenges Contact: Evelyn Tan (
